DTE Projects was approached to do a concept study/ Feasibility study which provided a general cost estimate for the Client. The Client then awarded the Detailed design and execution of the project to DTE Projects. The new IsaMill plant Project was completed in 2022 and was completed earlier than anticipated, all within the constraints of COVID.
